Live slaughtering of healthy Qurbani animals at our warehouse where customers can visit our facility to view the entire Qurbani process;
Live weight approximately 220 to 240 kgs
Packaged clean meat approximately 12 to 14 kgs per share (Hissa)
12 to 14 packs of meat are prepared after meat has been completely cleaned and cut in to boti size.
Packs of meat comprise Mix Boti packs, Boneless Boti packs, Shank Boneless for Nihari along with bones, Flanks for veal mince and Liver (Kaleji).
All animal skins will be donated to Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital.
An order of 2 cow shares (Hissa) will be eligible for 1 Trotter (Paya) which will be provided with meat after cleaning with water.
